Young vignerons from Nizza Monferrato in the heart of the UNESCO site of Piedmont region. They finally made their dream come true and created a place where they can grow their own grapes and make their own wine.
The vineyards are hand-grown and the grapes that they get are simply escorted to the cellar, without the aid of any additive.
In the farm they search for a holistic approach, in order to create an ecosystem that allow them to have a low impact.
We mainly produce Barbera, Moscato, Cortese and Chardonnay.
The plants varies form ten to seventy years of age and mostly exposed south to south-west.
Inspiration comes surely from the local winemaking tradition and they experiment some maceration and fermentation in bottle.
Organically farmed. Grapes are destemmed and fermented in oak vats for 20 days. Aged in oak barrels for 1 year. Deep and concentrated. Ripe cherry and plum nose with a rich cassis flavour. Soft and round pallet ending with anise. Unfined and unfiltered. No added sulfites.
