Rosé made from 100% Laurot* grapes, hand harvested from a 21 year old vineyard with sand & gravel soils and an elevation of 182M.

Rosé wine of "oeil de perdrix" colour, with strawberries and cream notes on the nose, carrying through to the palate.
Pair with light poultry or lentil dishes.
Residual sugar 5.5g/L, acids 4.8g/L, alc. 12.0% vol., total sulphites: 60mg/L.
*Laurot is new crossbreed grape variety created from Merlan (cross of Merlot and Seibel) and Fratava (cross of Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent)
