Pollen is a limited edition, low sulphur sparkling cider made from the produce of a single, traditional Herefordshire apple farm. It is fermented slowly over winter without any added sugar, flavourings, enzymes or concentrate before bottle conditioning for a natural, gentle fizz.
Quality cider apples from both untouched, traditional orchards and commercial fruit farmed with minimal to zero chemical sprays.
Crushed, pressed and fermented with no additions other than Champagne yeast and a very, very low sulphur dose of 40parts per million.
Bottle conditioned but not disgorged.
