A second collaborative beer made with Michelin star chef Brad Carter.
Inspiration for this beer came during a site visit to the hop farm growing a lot of the UK’s most promising experimental varieties.
During this they found wild pineappleweed (a pineapple flavoured relative to camomile) and elderflower.
The hops used in this one are Ernest, Jester T45, Harlequin and yet to be named variety coded CF182.
Complex and layered but remains very drinkable - you don’t need to be an advanced Saison drinker to appreciate all of the funky, spicy, tropical + herbal notes that come through.
